Catching Elephant is a theme by Andy Taylor
Contemplating getting my childhood imaginary friends tattooed above my current “Keep Moving Forward” tattoo (have more empty space available than I planned) and they all march forward on my rib cage. They were Raha, the lion, Inaya the black panther, and Jahi the wolf. I was inspired to give them names in Swahili, I believe from The Jungle Book.
Raha means entertainment, Inaya means guidance, and Jahi means dignity, or at least, that’s what I thought. Now that I’m older, I should probably look that up, because I have no memory of how I figured that out, haha!
Which design do you prefer, top or bottom?

I think you should put them on a landscape—say a cliff, the wolf perched on top and the two cats climbing/prowling around the middle/bottom.

Top kind of follows a smooth progression from one figure to the other. Bottom is more symmetrical. It depends what your “symbology” tells you

i think the bottom… it’s like Jahi is telling them there’s no trouble behind them. Y’know what I mean? Really beautiful idea, by the way :)
