Today, I came out as trans* on my Facebook. I turned off my computer, not wanting to see how people would react. This is what I got.
To everyone who is struggling with coming out as trans*, know there are amazing people out there in the world. For everyone who disapproves, I can almost guarantee that there will be someone who has your back. I come from a village in Wisconsin and never thought that I would ever get this much support. It really does get better.
